First review of 2025 goes to Conrad's for the win! So my son and I decided to have a mommy/son celebration date night at Conrad's, why because Conrad's can do no wrong. Lol. We haven't been here for a while, so we were excited about the updated menu offerings since our last visit and decided to try ALL things new [to us]. The grilled pesto oysters were tasty, my only two cents: 1. wish the oysters were shucked cleaner-tasted a few shells, 2. wish there was more of the pesto garlic butter since some of my oysters weren't completely covered. Other than that, I was about to order an additional half dozen. Now, for the seafood meatball linguine. Baby! When I inquired with my waiter about the meatball component of this dish, the way it was described, I was a little skeptical. I thought it was going to be a ball of seafood mush combined with some sort of filling BUT this was NOT that! This was a whole shrimp combined with lump crab and scallops formed into a ball tossed together over a bed linguine alla vodka. The vodka sauce was silky and rich, the perfect complexity for the level of this dish. We also ordered the asparagus as a side-perfectly cooked. My son ordered the chicken tinga quesadilla which he enjoyed. You can't leave Conrad's without ordering the Chesapeake chips, so of course we did. Everything delicious per the usual, and of course we'll be back because why not?! Cheers to a great time!

Back at Conrad's to enjoy some crabs and watch the game, and it was perfect. Sitting at a high-top by the bar, I started with mussels, salad, and soup--all fresh and flavorful. The steamed crabs were perfectly seasoned and paired with a cold beer, they hit the spot. The bar had a relaxed, welcoming vibe, making it a great spot to kick back.

Came to Conrad's from Philadelphia on a random day because we wanted crabs. We did not reserve our crab order so we could only get small or medium. I know for next time to reserve in order to get large. Still enjoyed the crabs as well as our other dishes. I enjoyed the Fish and chips. We also had a the "drunken captain" which was amazing.

Got seated 10 minutes before my reservation, which was pleasant. Quick and warm service, our server was attentive. The popcorn was a 10/10- it didn't require any other seasoning or condiment to be delicious. The strawberry lemonade was a 10/10. Just what you're looking for in a flavored drink like that. A homemade taste, not too sweet, but a rich & grounded strawberry taste. They were also accommodating by allowing me to add lime juice to it, which made it even more delicious with the contrast in tartness/sweetness. Fries were a 10/10. Perfectly fried and breaded, and a good amount of potato each bite. Good ratio of breading to potato. The Godzilla was straightforward, everything you could ask for in a sandwich. The pickled carrots were the MVP. Delicious. Was not a fan of the wasabi style sauce, but that's individual to me. 8/10 Ambiance was good. Not too loud, tvs everywhere, in case you like watching the game

I had a great time here for the first time coming and checking out. When you're working this closer to Maryland, you gotta come and try Conrad's great service. Food was on point. I just loved everything about it. Draw butter was the perfect accompaniment to Maryland crabs, they were steamed to perfection. If you're in the area, make sure to stop by Conrad. Best crabs that I've had in a long time and Luke. Thank you for the suggestions. The devil a's the Maryland soup, the definitely the oysters Chesapeake oysters.
